I have consulted for Harvard's Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society for internet censorship projects on the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia. I have also consulted for private firms investigating corruption in Latvia, Ukraine, and Armenia.
I continue to consult for a variety of organizations that work on human rights, democracy, media and society internationally. Organizations I have partnered with include the V-Dem Institute, Navanti, and Freedom House. These also include the Aurora Prize, the Citizen Observer Initiative - the recipient of the 2016 Freedom Defenders award of the US Embassy in Armenia, as well as the Electric Yerevan Media Hub, all for whom I have helped develop digital communication and messaging strategies.
